Yeast Fermentation by Molasses

Medium:
Molasses (g)8%
Peptone (g)8%
Antifoam (g)0.10%
(NH4)2SO4 (g)10 g/L
MgSO4 (g)2 g/L
pH5

- Inoculate 10% starter to fermentor.(15 ml to 1.5 L medium / 5 ml to 0.5 medium)
- Ferment for more than 40 hours at 30 Degree Celsius with air pumping and stirring until OD become steady.
